General Pest Control
Homes across the southeast metro battle ants every spring, spiders every fall, and wasps all summer. Our recurring pest control plans create a protective barrier around your home so pests stay out — not just this month, but all year long.
We work the outside of your home — the perimeter, foundation, eaves, and entry points — with EPA-registered products that are safe for your family and pets when dry. Stopping pests at the exterior is how we keep them from ever getting inside.
What's Included
- Exterior perimeter barrier treatment (foundation, eaves, windows, entry points)
- De-webbing and removal of nests and wasp activity around the exterior
- Pest-identification inspection each visit
- Entry-point sealing recommendations to keep pests out
- Free retreatment between scheduled visits if pests return
Pests covered: Ants, spiders, cockroaches, silverfish, earwigs, wasps, centipedes, stink bugs, and more.

Rodent Control
Mice and rats aren't just a nuisance — they chew through wiring, contaminate food, and spread disease through their droppings. Fall is peak season here as rodents look for a way in to escape the cold.
Our rodent control goes beyond just setting traps. We find how they're getting in, seal those entry points, and knock down the population with exterior bait stations — all from the outside.
Our Process
- Full exterior inspection to locate entry points and runways
- Tamper-resistant exterior bait stations placed at activity points
- Entry-point exclusion (steel wool, hardware cloth, caulk)
- Return visits to monitor and restock the stations
- Ongoing monitoring plan available

Mosquito Control
Summers in the southeast metro should be spent on the deck, not hiding from mosquitoes. Our seasonal mosquito program treats the places mosquitoes rest and breed so your yard is usable again — essential for the lake communities at Lakewood, Creekmoor, Lake Winnebago, and Raintree Lake.
What We Do
- Yard inspection — identify breeding sites (standing water, dense vegetation)
- Treatment of resting areas (shrubs, trees, fence lines, shaded foliage)
- Breeding-site elimination recommendations
- Recurring retreatments throughout the warm season
Seasonal plan: warm-season program with recurring retreatments.

Tick & Flea Control
Ticks and fleas turn a backyard into a health risk for your family and pets — and the wooded lots, tall grass, and lake communities across the southeast metro make them worse. Our yard treatments knock ticks and fleas down where they live and breed so you can use your yard again.
What We Do
- Yard inspection — identify tick and flea hot spots (shaded areas, leaf litter, tall grass, fence lines)
- Treatment of the lawn, shrubs, tree lines, and shaded harborage areas
- Targeted treatment of pet runs and high-traffic outdoor areas
- Recurring seasonal treatments through the warm months
- Habitat recommendations (leaf litter, grass height, moisture) to keep them from coming back
Seasonal plan: warm-season program with recurring retreatments. Great for homes near woods, fields, and the lake communities.
