If covered pests return between scheduled treatments on an active recurring plan, we will re-treat at no additional charge. Guarantee terms depend on the specific plan and will be provided in writing.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service or per your service plan. Recurring plans continue until cancelled.
You agree to provide safe access to the areas requiring treatment and to follow any re-entry or preparation instructions our technicians provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions outside our control.
